Who we are
PROFESSIONAL: I took the fast track to life and started my family young. From the beginning I’ve shuffled through many different careers and job opportunities. Everything from fixing lawn mowers and chainsaw, holding hearts and cleaning up blood in the operating rooms, working public works for a local city and having to get endless certifications in storm water run off and culinary drinking water and more. Thankfully I eventually found my way to Real Estate. Here are a few things I’ve learned along the way.
Real estate is one of the few careers where the majority of professionals work part-time—yet it involves some of life’s biggest financial decisions. Whether you're just getting started, juggling a separate full-time job, balancing life as a stay-at-home parent, or simply closing a few deals a year, your real estate license holds incredible potential to impact your financial future.
That’s exactly why I started Co-Agent Solution.
Even a few transactions a year can provide a significant financial boost, but the reality is that real estate can feel overwhelming when you're not consistent in transactions and in the trenches every day. It’s hard to have the confidence, knowledge, and systems to execute at a high level when you only handle a handful of deals.
I took the leap from a nice government job with benefits to the unknown of commission. I quickly joined one of the largest teams in the state and within 6 months worked my way onto their leadership team. I became their Director of Training and eventually their Sales Team Leader. I’ve been involved in hundreds of contracts, sat in big rooms, learned high-level negotiation strategies, and studied the psychology of human tendencies in sales and understand so much the importance of communication. Over time, I learned my greatest fulfillment wasn’t just helping clients buy and sell homes—it was helping agents create an impactful income, build confidence, and turn their license into a real asset.

PERSONAL: So that’s who I am as a professional. I’ll fill this section up shortly with a lot more on who I am as a person but for now, know this. I am a father first. I married my high school sweet heart almost 10 years ago now. We’ve built an amazing family and I’m blessed for every day that I get to spend with them. I’m addicted to basketball and love the outdoors. More to come soon.
