The best way to find out if we’d be a good fit for 1v1 Coaching is to reach out and inquire.
While 1v1 coaching can look very different here are some options of what if could include. Weekly Coaching Calls, Database Management, Conversion, Role Play, Scripting, Accountability, Transaction Partnership, Systems and tools.

-
We all get paid at closing. I don’t charge anything up front. We do offer the Co Agent Community that has a low monthly subscription and added benefits.
-
I have experience helping both Buyers and Sellers with homes, Investments, and Land. I’ve got a very strong referral network. I haven’t ventured into commercial transactions but I’ve got an amazing connection for you if you need it.
-
As long as we are part of the same MLS, which covers most of Utah, we can partner together
-
Real Estate is very state specific and at this time I’m unable to offer this same service across state lines. I can however help you get set up with a referral partner if you need it.
-
This is not a Real Estate Team with minimum requirements or standards. My goal is to exceed all expectations so you’ll want to continue to partner with me in the future. Just because we partner together doesn’t mean that all future transactions will be required to go through Co Agent Solution.

Typically I take care of everything from the moment you call saying you have a buyer until we’re signing documents. I keep you involved in all communication with the client but you’re more of a 3rd party to the conversation rather than running it. Often times agents still like to do the showings for the relationship aspect but I’m flexible.
-
That’s the whole point of this partnership. It’s not uncommon that the agents I partner with have full time jobs and aren’t available often times during the day. That’s what I’m here for.

I spent 4 years in different leadership roles growing one of the largest Residential Real Estate Teams in the state. I spent 3 years as the Director of training where I built the program and coached and mentored every new agent that came through our door through their first transactions. I had up to 34 mentees at one time. Then I was the Sales Team Leader where I was responsible for the success of our teams main office.

Thanks to a couple simple forms it doesn’t matter which brokerage your license is held at. We still have the ability to Co Agent and Co Broker transactions.

Imagine we’re both licensed plumbers and you hire me as a sub contractor. You have your license but haven’t done plumbing for a while and want to make sure the job get’s done right. You help with what you can if you’d like, I do the main heavy lifting and carry the responsibility. At the end of the day the client gets a 10/10 experience and quality work, and we both get paid.
